Shift Up shared details about the upcoming November 20, 2025 update for Goddess of Victory: NIKKE, and that will add the SSR character Soline: Frost Ticket and Blank Ticket event to the game. Its release follows new video releases like a Scarlet ASMR one and the third part of “The Many Nayutas.”
In the case of Blank Ticket, Soline will be the main character. When the Infinity Rail character tends the AZX Ark train in this new event, she will meet someone who won’t get off. This is a woman named Nora, and it seems this storyline will explain why she’s there. That will be available from the moment maintenance ends until December 4, 2025. A seven-day long Ticket Check login event with rewards will run during it, and we can earn rewards for completing it and its challenge stage.
While the original Soline in Goddess of Victory: NIKKE is an Attacker who wields a Crimson Crusader SMG and is an Iron Code type, Frost Ticket is a Supporter with a Cozy Passage shotgun and Water Code type. It seems she’ll be a healer for the party, and the announcement noted her Burst will restore health to the party. Her banner will be available until December 4, 2025 too, but she’ll also be added to Ordinary Recruit, Social Point Recruit, and Mold items after that.

Prior to this update, the game celebrated its third anniversary. That involved a new story event and a Surface Mode beta. Three SSR characters joined after maintenance too. Those were Chime, Liberalio, and Nayuta, with Chime being one we could earn as an event reward.
Goddess of Victory: NIKKE is available on PCs and mobile devices, and the game will get Blank Ticket and SSR Soline: Frost Ticket on November 20, 2025.
