Following a Game of the Year win at TGA 2025, Sandfall Interactive released a free patch for Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 that added additional content like a Photo Mode. It is available now on all platforms. There’s also a new trailer that highlights how that feature works and shows off a new area added in the update.

While the Photo Mode and new Czech, Indonesian, Latin American Spanish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese localizations are more immediately available in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, other elements of the update are endgame types of additions. The new location is called Verso’s Drafts. This is based on his designs as a child. There are six new songs that appear there, which are available to listen to outside the game via YouTube. New Gestrals and a new boss fight will be there. The Endless Tower will also feature new encounters.
