7 Virtual Boy Games Will Be Playable on Nintendo Switch Online at Launch

We know the Switch and Switch 2 versions of Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack will get Virtual Boy games, and now we know seven titles will be available at launch. This will all show up on February 17, 2026. Some of the more notable games for the system, like 3-D Tetris, Teleroboxer, and Virtual Boy Wario Land will be part of the debut. A trailer went over all of them, as well as some NSO features and upcoming Virtual Boy games.

First, here are the seven Virtual Boy games that will be playable on the Switch and Switch 2 when they join NSO Expansion Pack. You can change the controls for all of these, create suspend points, and rewind briefly. 

  • 3-D Tetris
  • Galactic Pinball
  • Golf
  • The Mansion of Innsmouth
  • Red Alarm
  • Teleroboxer
  • Virtual Boy Wario Land

As for upcoming 2026 games, here’s the list:

  • D-Hopper (Previously Unreleased)
  • Jack Bros
  • Mario Clash
  • Mario’s Tennis
  • Space Invaders Virtual Collection
  • V-Tetris
  • Vertical Force
  • Virtual Bowling
  • Zero Racers (Previously Unreleased)

Only those nine are confirmed for 2026 as well. Later in the year is also when we’ll be able to change the screen color.

As a reminder, there are also going to be replicas of the console to use with the games and systems. One is a cardbard model, while the other is a full plastic replica of the system.

The Virtual Boy Switch and Switch 2 NSO games and headset peripherals will appear for Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack members on February 17, 2026.
