Nintendo shared its Consolidated Results for the Nine Months Ended December 31, 2024 and 2025, which led to updates to its console and handheld sales figures and Top Selling Title Sales Units lists, and that means new milestones for the Switch and its games. The newest console is now at 17.37 million units sold worldwide and 37.93 games sold, with four titles being shown as passing one million in sales. The top one remains Mario Kart World, due to it being a pack-in for the new system for one bundle.
In terms of console and handheld sales, the Switch 2 and its predecessor are the ones with major updates after the new Consolidated Financial Highlights. The original Switch is now at 155.37 million units sold, which makes it the overall best-seller for the company due to passing the DS hallmark of 154.02 million. It was already the best-selling console after passing the Wii, which hit 101.63 million.
