Now that the Kotobukiya Collection 2026 website is live, the company shared updates on multiple The King of Fighters series figures from entries like KOF 98 and the Bishoujo line, with Iori Yagami, Kyo Kusanagi, Kula Diamond, and Yuri Sakazaki all being featured. It also highlighted a character from another SNK series, which is Nakoruru from Samurai Shodown, but that one is based on her KOF XV appearance. So far, only the pre-orders for the Iori one are live for $179.99, with him due out in July 2026. Getting him direct from the company nets you an extra part.

All five of these figures are in the painted prototype phase. This means that if pre-orders aren’t already open, they could be very soon. Here’s a list of every character that was shown off and their sizes:

  • Kula Diamond 1/7 Bishoujo figure based on her KOF XV appearance. Release window TBD.

  • Nakoruru 1/8 scale figure based on hr KOF XV appearance. Release window TBD.
  • Yuri Sakazaki 1/7 Bishoujo figure based on her KOF XV appearance. Release window TBD.

Here are some of the sample photos of all the different characters. Since all are fairly far along in development, we could see them start releasing in 2026 and 2027.
