People who are just getting into the board game can start with a Starter or Deluxe set. The first Starter Set will be available at ¥3,500 / $35, and it will feature six units from the first Mobile Suit Gundam, Gundam Wing, and Iron-Blooded Orphans. The larger Deluxe Set will cost more at ¥9,000 / $100 and only feature the first Gundam, but it will include 13 miniature units—including a head-only version of the Zeong.

Bandai Spirits will also release more additional packs that feature units from other Gundam titles, with prices ranging from $40 to $50. Expansion Pack 01 will feature Gundam Unicorn, while Expansion Pack 02 will come with The Witch From Mercury units. There will also be a Paint Pack that bundles the three main units from the first Gundam with a set of color paints. Note that all unit figures will come unpainted, so it will be up to the owner to paint them to their liking.

A YouTube channel dedicated to Gundam Assemble has also appeared with several explanation videos in Japanese and English. The English First Look trailer features Kyle McCarley, the English voice actor behind Char Aznable in Gundam GQuuuuuuX and Mikazuki Augus in Iron-Blooded Orphans.

The first Gundam Assemble board game sets will be available in October 2026. Bandai Spirits will afterward release more packs gradually every following month.
