Archosaur and Vvanna are working on a new otome game with time loop and exploration elements called Silent Whispers. It is currently in development for PCs and Android and iOS mobile devices. It will also be a free-to-play title, say like the title Love and Deepspace, though the paid elements weren’t detailed yet. Pre-registration is open, as is the official site.
Apparently in Silent Whispers, our avatar finds themselves in a place called the City of Fading Light. We are apparently free to explore once we “move in,” and there’s a first-person perspective used. However, it’s not a safe place to be, and the time loop element will apparently involve making choices that make your next “life” there better. Three romance options are confirmed so far, and their names are Alarik, Theron, and Valen. There aren’t any details about their personalities or who they are, but the official site featured voice clips to hear what they sound like in Chinese, English, and Japanese. (No voice actors were revealed.)
There are two trailers that offer a little more insight into what to expect. These set up both what life is like in the City of Fading Light, the three love interests, and the time loop element. For example, it seems like Valen is very aware of the loop in the world premiere PV.
The other trailer is a gameplay tech demo trailer. That seems more designed to highlight the realism elements when depicting people like Alarik, Theron, and Valen and vehicles such as cars and motorcycles.
As for the pre-registration process, we do know the rewards we get for it. The avatar title called Sonnet is one item we get. We also apparently get an event tied to the character Theron called “It’s not like I’m posing for you.” 99 Stamina and 19,999 Eclipse Coins currency will also be doled out to those who commit to playing at launch.
Silent Whispers will come to the PC and Android and iOS devices, and the otome style game is currently in development.
