We know when we’ll get to play Pokemon Champions on Android and iOS devices, as there’s finally a release date for the mobile versions. The Apple App Store and Google Play pages are live. These confirm a June 17, 2026 launch. This comes about two months after the Switch debut.
Since Pokemon Champions is already out, we know what to expect from the mobile release. We basically can use characters to take part in fights. At the moment, the number available is limited. The title is also an always online one. Six versus six battles weren’t in there at launch either.
More is planned to be added, however, and we already know some of what will show up alongside the Pokemon Champions Android and iOS versions. Mega Evolution updates are coming. Now that there will be these additional platforms available, cross-platform multiplayer will be supported. There will also be a Raichu X and Y giveaway starting this month. That begins when the mobile versions launch. If you check your mailbox, you get the Pokemon and both Raichunite X and Y Mega Stones.
In case you missed it, here’s the original trailer showing what to expect.
Pokemon Champions will be on Android and iOS mobile devices starting on June 17, 2026, and it’s already on the Switch and Switch 2. The Mega Raichu X and Y giveaway will run in all versions between June 17, 2026 and September 2, 2026.
