While we’re getting the 4.5 Honkai: Star Rail update on August 26, 2026, it looks like later this year we’ll see one with a Zenless Zone Zero crossover. HoYoVerse confirmed that event will arrive in Winter 2026. There will also be Honkai: Star Rail Moondrop items with Sparxie on them, like wireless earphones, which follows a previous crossover pair with a Robin theme. Plus, people can get 300 Stellar Jades with the codes “2TKRKAR6YG2X,” “LSJ9JARPZH33,” and “YAJQ2TR6ZY2P.”
With the new banners, we’re going to see two new characters and two reruns. The Summeretto Robin will appear right when the update starts alongside a Hyacine rerun. Then on September 12, 2026, the new Waveflair Aventurine and rerun Ashveil banners start.
Here’s the dedicated trailer for the 4.5 Honkai: Star Rail update. It begins with hints at the story, before showing the new Aventurine and Robin alts. The events Overdrive: Whirlwind Grand Prix, Minuscule Great Adventure, and Divergent Universe: Arcadian Chronicles are also teased at the end of it.
And the full 4.5 Special Program is below. The Moondrop Honkai: Star Rail Sparxie merchandise came up at the 42:40 mark. That offered a teaser for the three confirmed items in the collection. There will be a pair of red wireless earphones based on the character, as well as an acrylic pendant and acrylic stand of her. The Zenless Zone Zero Honkai: Star Rail teaser immediately followed that at about the 43:23 mark.
Honkai: Star Rail is available on the PS5, PC, and mobile devices, and the 4.5 update arrives on August 26, 2026. Zenless Zone Zero is on the PS5, Xbox Series X, PC, and mobile devices. The Honkai: Star Rail Zenless Zone Zero crossover happens in Winter 2026.
