Good Smile Company shared an update on the two new Pop Up Parade L figures of NieR: Automata heroines 2B and A2. These follow standard variants of 2B, 9S, and A2 that already appeared worldwide. Both feature different poses than those existing figures, with the A2 one also based on her later appearance in the game and shorter hairstyle. There are no release windows for either item yet.

Pop Up Parade L figures are a larger size than the standard variants, though we don’t know exact sizes for the NieR: Automata 2B and A2 ones yet. 2B, due to her pose, may not be tall, but since it is a larger scale she will be more substantia.. Each of them look like they’re about to attack with swords, with both of them wielding Virtuous Contract.

Here are the two preliminary painted prototypes for both figures, as photos appeared on social media.

Since these are painted prototypes, there’s a chance we could see pre-orders for the items appear worldwide in the next few weeks. If that ends up happening, then that might mean we’d see the full worldwide release sometime in 2027.

Some of the original Pop Up Parade figures of characters from the Yoko Taro game are a little older now, which could make it difficult to find them. Both the 2B and 9S ones showed up in 2024. That long-haired A2 one followed in 2025.

The NieR: Automata Pop Up Parade L figures of 2B and A2 are in development. The standard 2B, 9S, and A2 Pop Up Parades are already sold worldwide, but may be out of stock or difficult to find due to their age. The game is on the Switch, PS4, Xbox One, and PC, and the anime is streaming on Crunchyroll.
