Most of the information explaining TiQal emphasizes the Mayan theme and there isn’t much said about the gameplay. You rotate blocks with a magical dropper, slam them into place to make colorful squares throughout 120 levels. So this is like color matching Tetris with fourteen power ups? Who knows? Good thing Xbox Live Arcade games have demos! We will find out if TiQal is worth 800 Microsoft Points ($10) when it tramples Xbox Live Arcade on Wednesday.

I don’t think this has been mentioned elsewhere, but there Slapdash Games is developing a PC version of TiQal too. Supposedly, it will arrive in March too, but no concrete information has been given out.
