Rumors have been swirling about "Project Cafe" which is said to be the codename for Nintendo’s Wii successor. According to various reports, the system is capable of displaying HD graphics and has a controller with a touchscreen display. Details about the next Nintendo system were not specified in the announcement.

One thing for sure is we won’t see the next Nintendo console in stores until 2012. Make that after March 2012 because sales of the new system were not included in the company’s 2011-2012 fiscal year, which ends in March 2012.
