In April, TV Tokyo started broadcasting an anime for Zettai Karen Children which brought the psychic children from manga to the masses. Since a series is being televised Konami quickly grabbed the license for Zettai Karen Children and are currently working on Zettai Karen Children DS dai 4 no Children (Absolutely Lovely Children DS Children of Number 4).
Details about the game are scarce, but the genre of choice is a strategy RPG. However, the battle system looks more like something from Monolith Soft than Nippon Ichi. The initial batch of screenshots also suggests team attacks are going to be in the game too which could be an alternative to Mugen no Frontier: Super Robot Taisen OG Saga with less cleavage. We will know for sure when Zettai Karen Children DS dai 4 no Children comes out on September 4. Konami isn't wasting anytime when it comes to capitalizing on the series.
