Square Enix Working With Takehito Harada And VOFAN On A Card Battling RPG

And, no it’s not Lord of Vermilion. Square Enix is working on a new card battling game called Kaku-San-Sei Million Arthur. The game will tell the true story of King Arthur who drew Excalibur and became a king for a million people.

Square Enix pulled in key talent to develop Kaku-San-Sei Million Arthur. A Certain Magical Index creator Kazuma Kamachi is writing the game’s story. The game will also have over 50 illustrators making cards including: Disgaea artist Takehito Harada, Kohaku Kuroboshi (Sky Girls), Yuichi Tanaka (A Certain Magical Index), BUNBUN, and VOFAN (Time and Eternity).

Kaku-San-Sei Million Arthur is in development for smartphones.
