The PlayStation Blogcast, announced Shinobi will be re-released as a PS2 Classic via the PlayStation Store. Shinobi is a 3D action game where you control Hotsuma as he slices through eight levels. You have to keep cutting through monsters because if you don’t Hotsuma’s sword will start draining his life.

Instead of focusing on stealth like other ninja games, Shinobi is all-combat. If it’s priced the same as other PS2 Classics expect to pay $9.99 for Shinobi on Tuesday.
