You need to build these stats to establish certain social links, bonds that give the Persona 4 protagonist access to more powerful personas. Persona 4: Golden adds a brand new social link with Marie, a mysterious girl who stylish clothes and perhaps a connection to the Velvet Room.
Persona 4: Golden will be available on November 20 in North America and early 2013 in Europe.
