Square Enix and GREE added a real world element to the Reaper’s Game in The World Ends With You Live Remix. The World Ends With You Live Remix automatically puts your character on a 20 character team that battles a rival team with another 20 players. Whichever team has the highest score is the winner. Players earn points by defeating Noise Leaders.
New character Koko Atarashi is your navigator in The World Ends With You Live Remix. The combat controls are similar to the DS game since you can tap, flick, and slide to make Neku use different spells. Neku can gain more attacks by collecting pins. In The World Ends With You Live Remix you can obtain more pins by finding them or buying compugacha tickets with real world money.
