image Ad-hoc play made Monster Hunter a mega hit in Japan. Will the same formula work for Sengoku Basara? We’ll find out on April 9 when the game comes out. Capcom’s Sengoku Basara games share much in common with Dynasty Warriors, but Battle Heroes is a bit different. The focus of the PSP game is 2 vs. 2 ad-hoc team battles.

Right now Sengoku Basara: Battle Heroes is just for Japan. If you need a fix of portable, large scale, multiplayer button mashing battles look out for Dynasty Warriors: Strikeforce which is coming out in North America.
