A Slice Of The Nerawareta Gakuen Hybrid Disc

Namco Bandai posted a look at the Nerawareta Gakuen Hybrid Disc. Hybrid Discs are Namco Bandai’s way of adding on something extra for PS3 owners that pick up the Blu-ray. We’ve seen games like .hack//Versus and a few Macross titles bundled this way. The Nerawareta Gakuen Hybrid Disc is unique since it contains a gigantic digital art book on the disc.

In Japan, there are a couple of art books like the Atelier Meruru illustration book and a digitized Persona 4 art book. These titles and the Monster Hunter strategy guides use Sony’s PlayView eBook reader program.

The Nerawareta Gakuen Hybrid Disc comes out on June 6 in Japan.
