Kyubi no Kitsune or Nine-Tails Fox is playable character in Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate. She uses her tails as weapons and from the screenshots it looks like she has about the same reach as a staff.
Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate also dabbles with dungeon crawling in Ultimate Mode. Players select five characters, collect items, and search for a way out of the dungeon. The map won’t help players because its covered up by fog. Ultimate Mode supports online cooperative play and couch co-op with a horizontally split screen. If you have the PS3 and the Vita version you can use Cross Play so each player has their own screen.
Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate is slated for release on September 26 for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita.
