PlayStation 4 Sales Surpass 2.1 Million Units Worldwide

Sony Computer Entertainment sold 700,000 PlayStation 4s in Europe and Australasia. The system launched in PAL regions on November 29, two weeks after its launch in North America. Altogether, Sony sold over 2.1 million units as of December 1.

PlayStation 4 will launch in South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan on December 18 with Dynasty Warriors 8 with Xtreme Legends as one of their launch titles. Japan will finally get PlayStation 4 on February 22, 2014 with a slate of games including Natural Doctrine and Yakuza: Restoration.
