Monster Hunter Frontier G recently began a collaboration with Attack on Titan, whereby Capcom brought costumes and equipment from the anime series to the online title. It hasn’t taken long for them to announce their next collaboration, however—one with Infinite Stratos.
The trailer shows us a look at a male Hunter wearing the costume of Infinite Stratos protagonist Ichika Orimura and a female Hunter wearing heroine Houki Shinonono’s costume, along with three other supporters in the getups of Cecilia Alcott, Charlotte Dunois, and Tatenashi Sarashiki.
We also get a look at their special collaboration Long Sword, Heavy Bowgun, Lance, and Light Bowgun, which give off a futuristic Phantasy Star Online vibe. However, just because you’re using futuristic weapons, it won’t make the fight any easier. (Just ask Snake from Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker!)
The Monster Hunter Frontier G collaboration with Infinite Stratos begins on April 30, 2014.
