Hard West is an upcoming squad-based tactical game set in the Wild West, currently being developed by a group of game industry veterans who previously worked on titles such as Call of Juarez, Dead Island, Hard Reset and Shadow Warrior.
Players will have the opportunity to reenact their favorite shootouts, and with the right skills they can even execute ridiculous tricks such as making bullets ricochet before hitting an adversary, or curving the bullet trajectory just like the assassins in the movie Wanted.
To get the project underway, Poland-based CreativeForge Games is looking for funding in the tune of $70,000 via their Kickstarter campaign and they’re more than halfway there. Hard West is scheduled for a PC release sometime in the second quarter of 2015.
