Sony Computer Entertainment Japan Asia President Stepping Down

Sony Computer Entertainment have announced that Hiroshi Kawano, the current president and CEO of Sony Computer Entertainment Japan Asia will step down from his position on August 31.

 

Replacing him will be current vice president of administration, Atsushi Morita, who will take the position up on September 1. That happens to be on the same day Sony will host their SCEJA Press Conference 2014.

 

Kawano has been with Sony since 1985, and has served various roles such as vice president of Consumer Sales and general manager of Sony Europe, throughout his 29 years with the company.
