While MMORPG Black Desert is primarily concerned with castles, sieges and huge player-versus-player combat, there’s also a significant player-versus-environment aspect as well. This video from This Is Game shows off three of the bosses you can square off against. (Thanks This Is Game)
Each boss towers over players, and since this is a hardcore MMO, their telegraphs before a move aren’t that easy to read either.
While the game looks easy right now, that’s because the bosses were summoned into an open, lit field with plenty of space to dodge. The frog boss, in particular, stands out. Check out the detailed thought going into it, including the banded armor around the frog’s usually vulnerable throat. It looks like it also doubles as reigns!
