Horror Game Home Spooks PS4 On October 28th, PS Vita Soon After

Benjamin Rivers has revealed that his critically praised 2D horror game Home will be coming to PlayStation 4 on October 28th, just in time for Halloween. It will also be released on PlayStation Vita soon after.

The game starts off with you being disturbed in your sleep during a storm, and waking up in a house that’s not yours. You then explore the spooky pixel world guided by a dim light as the environment subtly changes around you.

Home isn’t a game of jump scares, but one of subtle creeps, with sound design that puts evil thoughts inside your head and visuals that suggest horrors rather than depict them.

It will be on sale during the first two weeks of its release at the price of $2.99. It’s a cross-buy game so you get it for PS4 and PS Vita at that price. Both versions will have Trophies.

Home is already available on PC and iOS. You can find out more about it on its website.
