CyberConnect2 President Looking Forward To Announcing “Something Awesome”

Recommended Videos

This summer, makers of the .hack series and Naruto fighting games, CyberConnect2, announced that they’re working on a major original title. The developers recently teased their latest work on Twitter. [Thanks Game Jouhou.]

The tweet in question is from CyberConnect2 president and CEO Hiroshi Matsuyama, who posted the above picture saying “it’s been a while since I last saw something this awesome in the development room!”.

He emphasized on how much he’s looking forward to making the announcement for the fans. He also noted that the Xbox 360 that the guy in the picture is holding, has nothing to do with the announcement.

This could be the major original project they announced earlier, but don’t forget that Matsuyama also mentioned last year that they’ve been working on plans for a new .hack title as well.
