Last Rebellion Developers, Hit Maker, File For Bankruptcy

You might not recall of the studio Hit Maker, but they were the developers behind several Nippon Ichi titles. According to a recent report, the developers have gone bankrupt. [Thanks, Game Jouhou.]

 

According to the report, Hit Maker, the developers behind titles such as Nippon Ichi’s Nintendo DS game, A Witch’s Tale and Last Rebellion, the futuristic action RPG for PlayStation 3, have recently filed for bankruptcy procedure at the Tokyo district court.

 

While Hit Maker’s games were never actually became much of a hit, Last Rebellion will likely be the title they’ll be remembered for, and still remains on their official website as the last title they’ve worked on, since early 2010.
