It Took Two Years To Recreate Final Fantasy VII In LittleBigPlanet

Jamie Colliver has spent the past two years recreating Final Fantasy VII in LittleBigPlanet. Not it’s finished and playable in LittleBigPlanet 3 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita. You can also play it in LittleBigPlanet 2 on PS3.

Eurogamer caught up with Colliver who told them that the entire Final Fantasy VII story and its side missions have been fitted into 31 LittleBigPlanet levels.

“I already have a battle system with Limit Breaks in place, every cut-scene/dialogue, all five material types using creatinators, all of the soundtrack, every character, boss, enemies and a world map.”, Colliver said.

You can see loads of videos (over one hundred) on Colliver’s YouTube channel that document his recreation’s progress over the past two years. You can also watch a trailer above for Colliver’s LittleBigPlanet recreation of Final Fantasy VII.
