Find A Way To Toast Yourself In I Am Bread, Now On Steam Early Access

Surgeon Simulator developer Bossa Studios has released its silly slice of bread adventure I Am Bread on Steam Early Access.

It has you playing as a slice of bread on a journey to become a toasted. Escaping from its loaf, you control this slice of bread by manipulating it at its corners, each of which are assigned to a button on a gamepad or keyboard.

From there, you have an entire modern domestic house to flop around in an attempt to burn your crumby body with hairdryers, microwaves, frying pans, and yes, toasters. In fact, there’s almost one hundred items to play around with.

Bossa adds an extra line of mystery to the game’s plot: “As you delve deeper and deeper into the story of ‘I am Bread’, you’ll notice that things aren’t quite what they seem….” They’re not referring to, you know, a slice of bread being alive here, but something else.
