OlliOlli Kickflips On To 3DS, Wii U, Xbox One In Mid-March

Curve Digital will be bringing Roll7’s twitchy, side-scrolling skateboarding game OlliOlli to Nintendo 3DS, Wii U, and Xbox One in mid-March. The exact release dates haven’t been pinned down yet but each platform will get it within days of each other.

OlliOlli was released on PC, PlayStation Vita, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation 4 last year. It has over 50 levels for you to pull off over 120 tricks across. In the spirit of old-school skateboarding games (quintessentially, the Tony Hawk’s games) it focuses on having you rack up a high score by chaining together big tricks. If you bail before landing the trick then you’ll lose everything you worked for. Each level has a number of other challenges to complete aside from obtaining a high score too.

Once you have completed the main levels of OlliOlli (which will take a while) what might keep you playing is the Daily Challenges and RAD Mode. Curve confirmed that all of the original game modes will make it to these new platforms as well.

Last year, Roll7 announced that it’s working on OlliOlli2: Welcome To Olliwood for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. The studio recently released a new trailer for the game that you can watch below. It has an expanded combo system and takes place among cinematic locations.
