As part of a collaboration between Monster Hunter Frontier G and the Neon Genesis Evangelion films, which is expected to get a release the last of its Rebuild of Evangelion movies later this year, several costumes and weapons are being brought to the title.
As shown in the trailer, there are characters like Shinji, Rei, and Gendo, and more, along with some Plugsuit outfits. Additionally, the collaboration brings in armors from EVA Unit 00 and EVA Unit 01, which can make the monsters look much larger than they actually are, if you think about it.
As for weapons, there are two of them based on the Spear of Longinus and the Positron Rifle. We also get to see a Pen Pen Felyne at the end of the video. More details on the Monster Hunter Frontier G X Evangelion movie collaboration will be revealed in the near future.
