Final Fantasy Record Keeper To Celebrate FFXIV’s 2nd Anniversary This Month

Square Enix and DeNA have announced that Final Fantasy Record Keeper will get a limited-time Final Fantasy XIV crossover event to celebrate the MMORPG’s second anniversary this September.

The event will be called “Flames of Vengeance” and will take you to dungeons in Eorzea (where Final Fantasy XIV takes place) to play as Thancred and Y’shtola from the underground organization, The Scions of the Seventh Dawn.

Once the dungeons have been beaten you’ll be able to play as Thancred and Y’shtola outside of the event. "Thancred can use various equipment and abilities, and Y’shtola can save a player’s party from peril as a Conjurer," Square Enix explains.

The exact date of the crossover event hasn’t been announced yet so keep an eye on the game’s Facebook page for updates.
