After five years in the making Frictional Games, the creators of Amnesia: The Dark Descent and before that the Penumbra series, has released its latest first-person horror game SOMA on PlayStation 4 and PC.

SOMA takes place in the underwater facility of PATHOS-II. You arrive as things have taken a turn for the worse. “The radio is dead, food is running out, and the machines have started to think they are people,” reads the description.

You have to move through this facility, trying to survive a number of corrupted humans, twisted creatures, insane robots, and an omnipresent A.I. When you’re not hiding or being chased you’ll be searching for the truth of what happened in the facility through documents, survivors, and terminals.

You can purchase SOMA for $29.99 on the PlayStation Store, or on Steam, GOG.com, and Humble Store for PC.
