Shutshimi’s Halloween Update Adds Ghosts, Tsundere Sharks

Recommended Videos

Shutshimi, the shmup starring a muscular goldfish, has had a free “Seriously Spooky” update to celebrate Halloween.

It sees the various fish enemies you blast on your procedurally generated adventure wearing new costumes. Expect to see quite a few ghosts. But, most importantly, look out for those tsundere sharks – sharks, that is, dressed up in Japanese schoolgirl outfits, and with bulging cutesy eyes.

You’ll also see a few background changes as cobwebs magically appear, pumpkins rain down through the ocean surface, and you pass by eerie graveyards. Even in the in-game shop is infested by spiders.

You can purchase Shutshimi on Steam for Windows and Mac, as well as PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita.
