D3 Publisher recently announced Bullet Girls 2, the sequel of the 3DS action shooter that involves schoolgirls participating in mock war battles as part of the Ranger Club. Famitsu shares a look at some of its first screenshots.

The protagonist from the previous game, Aya Hinamoto, meets two mysterious girls while out on a mission. A counselor then informs Aya about a mock battle with the “Erda Private Institute,” which ends up being the big “interschool war competition” that plays a big role in the story of Bullet Girls 2.
Bullet Girls 2 will release in Japan on April 21, 2016 for PlayStation Vita.
