Inti Creates have released the latest update to Azure Striker Gunvolt on Steam. This new update includes the Perma-Anthem Speedrun Mode, as well as leaderboards in conjunction with this new mode. The video below shows Perma-Anthem Speedrun Mode in action. The difference between this new mode and other speedrun modes is that you have the Anthem power-up from the very beginning of each run. As a result, this gives you unlimited EP, air dashes, and air jumps. The drawback of this new mode, however, is the floors and ceilings of the level will be covered in one-hit kill spikes. Azure Striker Gunvolt and Mighty Gunvolt are currently 50% off on Steam until January 4th, 2016.
