Get A Look At The Tools Used To Create Final Fantasy XV

Square Enix has shared a small glimpse into the technology and tools used to create the world of Final Fantasy XV and everything in it. Below are two pictures posted on the game’s official Japanese Twitter account, showing off the standard setup of a desk at Square Enix.

 

This first picture shows the desk of a programmer in charge of events and camera control in the game.

The second picture gives us a look at the setup used by the developer responsible for events, battle skills, and vehicle development. (Complete with an eavesdropping Cactuar.)

Final Fantasy XV is in development for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. More details, including the game’s release date, are expected to be revealed during an event Square Enix is holding in March.
