Arc System Works recently announced that Raven will join the crew of Guilty Gear Xrd: Revelator as a playable character, and Famitsu has followed up with a look at his first screenshots and details. Raven (CV: Hiroki Yasumoto) Raven specializes in his long reach attacks for mid-ranged combat. What makes him unique is his special attack “I Want It Here,” which fills up a meter for any damage he takes, and powers up a variety of his attacks. In addition to getting a power up from this effect, it also changes some of the characteristics of his attacks. Since taking damage plays a big role in Raven’s playstyle, managing his health will be an important part of playing the super masochist fighter. Guilty Gear Xrd: Revelator will release in Japan on May 27, 2016 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3. The game will release in North America on June 7 and Europe on June 10.
