Lucy – The Eternity She Wished For, a remake of the 2010 Korean visual novel of the same name, will be released on February 26 through Playism, according to its Kickstarter page.
Lucy – The Eternity She Wished for is about a future where androids are part of everyday life. They’re emotionless machines, but one day, a boy discovers an abandoned android, Lucy, that has a module that allows it to have feelings. Players must navigate the moral questions of Lucy’s manufactured emotions, and the ability for her memories to be altered or deleted, throughout the story.
The remake has completely altered the visual style of the original, and has also streamlined the storyline. It will be available in English, Japanese, and Korean.
