Publisher Degica has announced that it’ll be bringing Cave’s bullet-hell, gothic horror-themed shmup Deathsmiles to Steam for Windows on March 10th. You can see the Steam page here.

The game has you taking on the role of one of five Angels who are tasked with defending the magical land of Gilverado from an invasion by Hell.

Deathsmiles was originally released in Japanese arcades in 2007. It then headed west on the Xbox 360 back in 2010 before also being ported to iOS.

It supports two player local co-op, six game modes (including Mega Black Label mode), nonlinear stage progression, and will have the soundtrack included with it for free during its launch week – it’ll be available as a separate purchase after that.
