Out now on Steam Early Access, Arcaratus has players commanding medieval steampunk mechs in tactical, card-based combat.
Battlefields are set up on a grid, with players taking turns choosing their attack actions. Actions play out using cards, which the player can collect over the course of play. Players also have a say in the makeup of their combatants, as they are able to add modular attachments to their mechs to improve them for specific situations.
Arcaratus’ randomized maps and battles take place in a world where a slave dealer slowly turns to side with the slaves, becoming leader of a rebellion.
The Early Access version of the game currently contains the first three acts, and is available for $24.99.
