Square Enix is bringing the popular idol series Love Live! to arcades with Love Live! School Idol Festival: After School Activity. The game’s latest trailer gives us a highlight of its main features.
By playing the game, you’ll be able to score various cards. The Member Cards let you change their outfits. There are also three different types of skill cards. The Assist Skill card lets you provide support to their live show, the Camera Skill card makes the camera focus on your preferred character, and the Stage Skill card lets you hype up the live show with stage direction.
One of the main attractions for Love Live! School Idol Festival: After School Activity is that fans can score illustration cards that are exclusive to the arcade game. You can also make your very own profile card that can be traded with other players. The game also offers 3-player co-op.
There are many popular tracks and they’ll keep adding more via updates over time. Again, the game is going to see two waves of location tests. The first will take place from May 13 through 15 at Club Sega Akihabara Annex in Tokyo and Round One Yokohama Eki Nishiguchi Shop in Kanagawa.
The second location test wave will take place from May 27 through May 29 at the Taito Station BigBox Takadanobaba in Tokyo, Namco Umeda Shop in Osaka, and the Nagoya Leisure Land Sasashima Shop in Aichi.
