On July 1, 2016, Street Fighter V’s June update will be applied to the game. People will be able to go through the A Shadow Falls Cinematic Story Mode, buy Balrog and Ibuki and them to the roster, acquire a number of new costumes and stages, enjoy matchmaking improvements, and make real money purchases via the PlayStation Store and Steam. Ahead of the launch, Capcom has released an almost two minute trailer going through the new story mode.

Capcom has also offered pricing reminders for all in-game content, now that people will be able to, in some cases, use Fight Money (FM) or real cash to buy them. Here’s the list of available Street Fighter V purchases and how much they’ll cost.

  • Alternate Stages: 40,000 FM/$1.99/€1.99/£1.69
  • New Characters: 100,000 FM/$5.99/€5.99/£4.99
  • New Stages: 70,000FM/$3.99/€3.99/£3.29
  • Premium Costumes: $3.99/€3.99/£3.29
  • Story Costumes: 40,000 FM/$1.99/€1.99/£1.69

As a reminder, DLC characters will appear in the Cinematic Story Mode. They’ll be available to use for free, as part of the story, in their segments. This includes characters who have yet to be released, like Juri and Urien.

Street Fighter V is immediately available for the PlayStation 4 and Windows PC. Server maintenance for the game will begin at 14:00 PT/10pm BST/11pm CET on June 30, 2016, and the 1.04 update will be available to download at 00:00 PT (midnight)/08:00 BST/09:00 CET.
