Injustice 2’s Story Trailer Pits Batman Against Superman

Recommended Videos

A new Injustice 2 trailer has arrived, giving hints as to which characters might be aiding or opposing one another in Netherrealm’s next fighting game. It begins by showing two sides, Superman’s and Batman’s, and suggesting that allegiances have shifted due to each character’s actions in the last few years. But then, it transitions to show a greater threat, Brainiac, lurks in the shadows. For example, Batman and Robin are fighting each other at one point. Also, the end of it shows Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and Super Girl all on the same battlefield, facing one another.

In addition to the trailer, an Injustice 2 character reveal stream was announced. On January 24, 2017, the Injustice Watchtower Livestream will introduce a new member of the roster and show off some gameplay.

Injustice 2 will come to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on May 16, 2017.
