During Nintendo’s Switch presentation event last month, one of the titles revealed to be in development for the upcoming system was Xenoblade Chronicles 2. Localization team 8-4 localized the Xenoblade Chronicles X, and some were wondering if the company would be back to work on 2.

John Ricciardi, co-founder of 8-4, revealed on Twitter, that that will not be the case, however. When asked by a fan if 8-4 would be in charge of localization , Ricciardi informed that they were “busy on other stuff” and would not be working on Xenoblade Chronicles 2’s localization.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 will release for the Nintendo Switch sometime in 2017.
