Square Enix announced today that their Tokyo RPG Factory-developed throwback RPG, I Am Setsuna, is getting its Nintendo Switch-exclusive DLC, “Temporal Battle Arena” this April.
By downloading the free Temporal Battle Arena DLC, you’ll get to access it by talking to a certain character as you advance through the story.
Once you have access to it, you can upload your battle data so that other players can download and go up against in AI battles. By winning fights at the Temporal Battle Arena, you can acquire their Spritnite. The equipment of your party character will be the key to victory, so trying out different setups will be crucial.
You can upload up to three battle data and also select “random” to download data from other players. You’ll also get to download other players’ codes as well through the “appoint” option.
I Am Setsuna releases today on the Nintendo Switch via eShop. The game is available for PlayStation 4 and PC.
