Final Fantasy XV’s PC Tech Demo Video From GDC 2017 Shows The Game On GTX 1080Ti

Final Fantasy XV director Hajime Tabata made an appearance at GDC 2017 to talk about the RPG from a developer’s standpoint. He also showcased a tech demo video of the game running on GTX 1080Ti.

The video showcases Final Fantasy XV’s developmen stages throughout the past few years, and at 1:45 we get to see a tech demo brought to you by Nvidia and Luminous Studio Pro.

The demo shows what the game looks like on GeForce GTX 1080Ti, Nvidia’s recently revealed hardware, what they’re calling their “most powerful and efficient hardware” that they’ve ever designed.

While Hajime Tabata fancies the idea of bringing Final Fantasy XV to “high-end” PCs and this tech demo from GDC 2017 was certainly as high-end as it gets, a PC version has yet to be announced or confirmed, but it’s good to see the team at work to show what they can do with the RPG title.

Final Fantasy XV is available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
