Fire Emblem Heroes’ Early Grand Hero Battle Challenge Completed

Early this morning, Nintendo offered a head start at the Fire Emblem Heroes Grand Hero Battle against Michalis. (As a reminder, he’s a Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem antagonist.) While the main event begins on March 24, 2017, an earlier opportunity appeared for people to attempt to challenge his map this morning over a 45 minute period. There were also missions announced, with rewards going out to everyone for certain numbers of players completing the Grand Hero Battle, and each one was completed.

The Fire Emblem Heroes Grand Hero challenge was going to offer items to all if 5,000, 10,000, 20,000, and 50,000 people completed the mission. The official Japanese Twitter account revealed that 54,666 players beat the Hard version of the Michalis: Ambitious King map and 13,415 beat the Lunatic version. This means every player will eventually receive 10 Orbs, 10 Stamina Potions, and 5,000 Hero Feathers.

Fire Emblem Heroes is available for Apple iOS and Android devices. The Michalis: Ambitious King map will be available in a Hard version recommended for units around level 30, while the Lunatic version is set at level 40. A three-star Michalis is the reward for completing the Hard map, while a four-star Michalis is given away for beating the Lunatic version.
