Final Fantasy XIV’s April Fools’ Video Gives Alexander An Old School Twist

Square Enix revealed (April Fools’ in Japan) a new spin off game for Final Fantasy XIV called Tactics Alexander, a pixel art mashup in the style of the Tactics Ogre series.   Just like the retro version 16-bit Titan Extreme fight and the “retro-spective trailer” that we saw for Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII, the music adn visuals are superbly done and it makes us wish the game really existed.   Final Fantasy XIV is available on PlayStation 4 and PC.
